Masonicare at Ashlar Village in Wallingford, CT is seeking a Wellness Manager to oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department for older adults, ensuring safe aging in place and coordinated services within the continuum.

The role centers on building provider networks, managing referrals, and delivering compassionate, high‑quality wellness services, while focusing on client satisfaction and collaboration with nursing and sales teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Current RN license; CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees Wellness Department for older adults to promote safe aging in place.
• Coordinates services and delivery of Wellness programs across the continuum.
• Builds and maintains a network of service providers and negotiates contracts.
• Manages referrals, admissions, and billing processes for program members.
• Educates members and families about available services and resources.
• Collaborates with nursing, sales, and leadership to ensure quality care.
