Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our private duty team. You will provide in-home nursing care, document findings, and follow doctors' orders with accuracy and empathy.

We offer paid training, hands-on skills development, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth. Qualified RNs have an accredited nursing program diploma and a valid state license; one year of private duty experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you and provide care.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document care activities.
• Assess clients and monitor conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Deliver autonomous, compassionate care in home settings.

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $38/hour based on qualifications and availability
• Opportunities for higher pay dependent on client availability!
