Job summary

Our Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who loves care to join our team. BAYADA delivers care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

We provide a thorough onboarding and training, hands-on simulation lab experience, in-home meet and greets with clients, and 24/7 on-call support for clinical and administrative questions. Travel to one nearby client, document orders, perform assessments, and maintain autonomy in home and school settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: one year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you and provide direct care.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide care with autonomy in the client's home and at school when applicable.

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $32/hour based on qualifications and availability
• Opportunities for higher pay dependent on client availability!
