Circle of Life Hospice in Northwest Arkansas / NE Oklahoma seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient visits as part of the interdisciplinary hospice team. You will assess needs, coordinate with physicians, and support families through end-of-life care with dignity and respect.

The role requires a valid AR/OK/compact RN license, BLS, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication. Travel to patients' homes and facilities will be required, with night differential and mileage

Competenze

• Unrestricted RN license in AR, OK, or a compact state.
• BLS certification and strong clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or acute care preferred.
• Proficient in computer charting.

Mansioni

This position will be based out of a facility in Northwest Arkansas or NE Oklahoma. Will make home hospice nursing visits as needed and in rotation with other teammates. Hospice nursing provides a meaningful connection with patients and families. Our nurses take their time and have incredible amounts of 1:1 time to coach and educate patients and families in our care. General Description

The RN is an integral part of the hospice interdisciplinary care team and as such is responsible for providing patient care visits, assessing medical needs, liaising with physicians, attending deaths, triage calls, and assisting with the admission process. The RN must have an understanding that hospice care must be delivered according to accepted standards of practice, guided by the mission of the organization and the patient/family's needs and concerns, the RN blends all services of the hospice into an integrated program of support.

Requirements

Current unrestricted AR, OK, or compact RN license, BLS certification, strong assessment skills with critical thinking and high level of problem solving within a healthcare facility. Strong documentation and communication with the ability to stay calm and cope with human suffering/emergencies. Prefer hospice experience, home health, or acute care nursing experience with computer charting experience.

Position requires use of personal vehicle, a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
