Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice in Northwest Arkansas / NE Oklahoma seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient visits as part of the interdisciplinary hospice team. You will assess needs, coordinate with physicians, and support families through end-of-life care with dignity and respect.

The role requires a valid AR/OK/compact RN license, BLS, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication. Travel to patients' homes and facilities will be required, with night differential and mileage

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in AR, OK, or a compact state.
• BLS certification and strong clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or acute care preferred.
• Proficient in computer charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care visits and assessments as part of the hospice team.
• Liaise with physicians and coordinate admissions and care plans.
• Attend patient deaths and triage calls.
• Assist with admission processes and family education.
