National Health Care Associates in Kennebunk, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for residents. You will assess conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Base pay is $41.44–$42.56 per hour, with shift differentials up to $51.56 per hour and an extra $5 per hour on weekends for Weekend Warrior shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license required.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in elder and chronic illness care; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering care within the team.

What You'll Do:

** Base pay is $41.44 - $42.56 / Shift differentials up to $51.56 an hour / Weekend Warrior will include an additional $5 an hour on the weekends on top of shift differentials!

- Full time (32 hrs) (Sat, Sun 7am - 7pm & Mon 7am - 3pm)

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans


• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed


• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information


• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed


• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery


• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
