National Health Care Associates, a Kennebunk affiliate, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care. You’ll assess conditions, plan care, administer meds, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

This full‑time role includes 2nd and 3rd shifts, with per diem options. Pay ranges from $41.44 to $42.56 per hour, with shift differentials up to $51.56 and weekend premiums; generous benefits and sign‑on incentives.

Competenze

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus.
• Demonstrated compassionate and patient-centered care.

Mansioni

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient data.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.

** Full Time 2nd & 3rd shifts available

** Base pay is $41.44 - $42.56 / Shift differentials up to $51.56 an hour

** Weekend Warrior needed for Evenings & Overnights, adds an additional $5 an hour to pay on top of all differentials **

As a Registered Nurse, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
