Job summary

Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents. You will assess patient conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to deliver quality, compassionate care.

The role involves multi-shift coverage including evenings and overnights with competitive shift differentials and a strong benefits package. Per diem options may apply for flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.

• Guide and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.

What You’ll Do:

*Per Diem staff needed*

** Full Time 2nd & 3rd shifts available

** Base pay is $41.44 - $42.56 / Shift differentials up to $51.56 an hour

** Weekend Warrior needed for Evenings & Overnights, adds an additional $5 an hour to pay on top of all differentials **

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
