Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is hiring an RN Supervisor to oversee weekend nursing staff at our 55-bed post-acute care center in Hamilton, NJ. You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with the healthcare team, and ensure high-quality care that meets regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license with LTC or acute care experience. CPR certification is preferred, and you must communicate effectively in English while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey required.
• Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Highest level of professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Team player with customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage nursing staff on weekends.
• Develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Monitor quality of nursing care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Manage staffing needs, including scheduling during weekend shifts.
• Address resident or family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient care activities.
