Eddy Heritage House, a Trinity Health facility, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead a weekend nursing team and uphold resident-centered care. The role requires a NYS RN license, ASN or higher, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Saturday and Sunday 7am–7pm shifts with a weekend premium. Full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Associate’s degree in nursing.
• Current CPR and BLS or achieve with onsite training.
• 1+ yr of experience as a RN.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of nurses in a supportive and nurturing facility.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs on weekends from 7am to 7pm.
• Provide clinical support and foster resident-centered care.
• Mentor staff and ensure high-quality care delivery.
