Eddy Heritage House is seeking an experienced RN to lead a team of nurses in a supportive and nurturing facility as an RN Supervisor. The role requires working every Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm, with an elevated flat rate of $66.50 per hour for weekend track shifts and eligibility for full-time benefits.

The facility emphasizes compassionate care for older adults, focusing on dignity, independence, and quality of life, within a warm, resident-centered environment.

Competenze

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Current CPR and BLS certification.
• 1+ year of RN experience.

Mansioni

• Provide continuity of nursing services in development, implementation and evaluation of quality nursing care to residents and families.
• Serve as the on-site administrative person for the facility and oversee staff to promote patient and staff safety.
• Demonstrates the organization's commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees.
• Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values.
