Job summary

Glenwood Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations on weekends. The role requires strong leadership, empathy, and effective communication to support residents and families.

You will ensure policy adherence, mentor staff, and address concerns to maintain high-quality care. The ideal candidate has an active Oklahoma RN license, current First Aid and CPR, and prior supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current and active Oklahoma RN license.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

A Weekend Supervisor needs exceptional leadership skills and organizational skills to manage nursing operations effectively. They must have great interpersonal communication, a strong sense of empathy, and well developed long-term care understanding.

Responsibilities and Purpose

Required Experience and Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care environment preferred.
