Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for The Village at Summerville to provide essential leadership and ensure smooth unit operations for resident care.

The role requires SC-licensed RN credentials, CPR, and at least two years of supervisory experience, with strong clinical assessment skills and basic computer use. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits within our nonprofit healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Perform rounds at beginning of shift and frequently throughout the shift to assess proper care and condition of the residents
• Supervise, train, direct, and assign duties and follow-up as needed
• Notify administrative staff of any concerns, as directed
• Perform resident care duties as requested and required
• Work closely and communicate with residents and families in providing optimal individualized care
• Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations
• Oversee admission, discharge and transfer of residents
• Assess with any emergency in residential and skilled facilities in a professional manner
• Perform on call duties and as assigned
