Weekend Shift Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Position Overview

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing staff and operations during the weekends, ensuring that the facility’s care standards are met and that residents are receiving the highest level of care. You will be a leader, supporting your team, resolving any concerns, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven experience as an RN, preferably with some leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on weekends, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to facility policies.
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Document and report changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Address any concerns or issues related to patient care or team performance.
• Support and guide nursing staff, providing mentorship and assistance as needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including incident reports and patient updates.
