American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

The role requires supervising CNAs, CMTs, and hall monitors, conducting assessments, and overseeing medications while promoting safety and dignity. A strong work ethic and integrity are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care or clinical setting.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and ensure resident safety.
• Commitment to quality care and dignity for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
