Ventura Services Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for patients, educate families on prevention, and promote wellbeing with high-quality nursing care. The role requires compassion, reliability, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

You will support staffing operations, supervise nursing staff, manage admissions, and participate in training and meetings. The position includes weekend work and 12-hour shifts with very competitive pay.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee call offs during your shift
We offer 12 hours shifts
Supervise Nursing staff
Assist with orders and admissions
Assist with any situations that may arise on the units
Assist with training new nurses
Attending staffing meetings when needed
Excellent team of Physicians and ARNP's

Job description
