Job summary

Village Place Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse to serve as Weekend Supervisor in our long-term care facility. The role focuses on clinical excellence, medication administration, and coordinating care with CNAs to support residents and their families.

You will lead weekend shifts, ensure accurate records in Point Click Care, and uphold our high standards of patient service.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
CPR & IV certification required.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day tasks of CNAs.
Administer medications and perform treatments.
Maintain up-to-date patient records.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and leadership on weekend shifts.

RN Responsibilities

Using your excellent leadership skills, you also direct the day-to-day tasks of the CNAs. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our Residents.
