Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD in Owasso, OK is seeking an RN to supervise the care of residents in a long-term facility. You will implement and evaluate individualized care plans and supervise direct care staff to ensure high-quality nursing practices.

Responsibilities include receiving physician orders, timely transcription and implementation, monitoring infection control, and documenting condition changes and incidents, while maintaining standards of nursing service objectives.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.
