Job summary

Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead resident care and nursing staff. This role covers Saturdays and Sundays, 12-hour day shifts, with opportunities to influence care practices and team performance.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Missouri RN license and demonstrate leadership abilities to supervise diverse staff across weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff assignments and resident care per facility policies.
• Administer medications and professional nursing services.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, coordinating logistics.
• Supervise and support nursing personnel, ensuring quality care.
• Investigate complaints and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with consultants and implement improvements.
• Provide nursing reports at shift changes.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional status daily.
