Qualified candidates hold a Missouri RN license and have leadership experience. This role involves supervising a weekend day shift and collaborating with consultants for care improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff assignments and resident care per facility policies.
• Administer medications and professional nursing services.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, coordinating logistics.
• Supervise and support nursing personnel, ensuring quality care.
• Investigate complaints and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with consultants and implement improvements.
• Provide nursing reports at shift changes.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional status daily.

Your Role as RN Weekend Supervisor

• Oversee staff assignments and resident care per facility policies

Qualifications
