Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor dedicated to delivering high-quality care to residents. The role focuses on supervising weekend shifts, coordinating treatments, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory/long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and maintain documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine residents’ needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Counsel residents’ families on nursing-related needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Experience as Unit Manager with supervisory experience in Long Term Care.
• Proficient with IV therapy and phlebotomy.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:

• Administrating treatments and documentation
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Experience as a Unit Manager with supervisory experience in Long Term Care.
• Proficient with IV and Phlebotomy.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN/LPN SUPERVISOR

• Must have an active Certification as an RN.
• Minimum two years of experience is required
