Job summary
Decatur Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Decatur, Tennessee is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff on the unit every other weekend. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
The role requires an active Tennessee RN license and CPR/BLS certification. Decatur Wellness offers DailyPay, PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance and 401(k) with company match, plus a supportive team culture.

- Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
- Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
- Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
