BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Weekend Pediatric RN for private duty care in Delaware. The role focuses on pediatric patients, including trach and vent support, with emphasis on compassionate, reliable in-home nursing.

You'll travel to client homes on a schedule you choose, follow physician orders, perform patient assessments, and document care activities. BAYADA emphasizes onboarding, paid orientation, and continuous training.

Immediate need for Weekend Pediatric Trach and Vent Nurses - $41-$43/hour

Our BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office is interested in a Registered Nurse ( RN ) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability.

• On your paid first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. • During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and ID badge will also be completed. All training is paid as well! We also provide you with refreshments.
• On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it’s a good fit.

• Traditional shifts (8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day

  Qualifications for a private duty RN:

  • Pay up to $43/hour based on client care and shift
