Job Summary

This position is located on the 5th Floor Medical Surgical unit at St. Anthony Hospital, an accredited Magnet® hospital and Level I Trauma Center. The unit specializes in neuro, trauma, and orthopedics, serving patients primarily 16 years and older with occasional general med/surg overflow.

Responsibilities & Schedule

• Work three 12‑hour shifts per week, rotating 7pm‑7am.
• Commit to a six‑month weekend option schedule, including Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care as part of a collaborative team.

Benefits & Compensation

• Night shift differential: $5.75/hour from 11pm to 7am.
• Weekend option differential: $10/hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience.
• Relocation assistance up to $8,000, depending on location.
• Competitive pay range: $33.15 – $53.04 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required (Diploma or endorsement accepted); Bachelor’s Degree preferred and graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates.
• One year of RN experience required.
• RN license required (current state license or valid RN license under the National Licensure Compact).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team‑player mentality, positivity, and accountability.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Medium work: ability to exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, or 10 lbs constantly.

Lakewood, Colorado. St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center with four trauma rooms, a dedicated field‑to‑surgery suite, and provides comprehensive medical specialties and health care services for Denver and the surrounding region.
