The role emphasizes patient safety, adherence to nursing standards, and relationship-based care, with opportunities to develop plans of care, perform IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, and specimen collection while supporting patients and families.
As our RN, Weekend Option, you will assume responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs during weekend shifts.
Every day you will promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process, adhering to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act, all while demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational values.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with strong clinical assessment and communication skills, adaptability for weekend duties, and a commitment to patient safety and adherence to nursing standards, aligned with our organizational mission and core values.
