Job summary

NHC HealthCare Columbia is seeking a Registered Nurse for 12-hour shifts (7P–7A) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. Pay ranges from $30 to $38 per hour, depending on experience, with additional shift, pickup, and overtime incentives.

Licensure requires Tennessee RN license; GN and GN-PN classifications are also considered. We offer flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k with company contributions.

• Maintains clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge, leadership, and communication.
• Uses the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
