Job summary

NHC HealthCare Lewisburg is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Day and Night Shifts to join our nursing team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and support positive patient outcomes in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or a compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CPR certification as required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.
• Assess patient and resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned nursing staff as appropriate.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized plans of care.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, NHC policies, and professional nursing standards.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.

NHC HealthCare Lewisburg is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for Day and Night Shifts to join our nursing team. As an RN, you will play an important role in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting positive outcomes for our patients and residents.

Starting Pay: $26 + per hour (based on experience)

Pay may vary based on experience, shift, and other applicable factors.

Position Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.
