Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, VA is seeking an RN House Supervisor for its 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will oversee the nursing department in the DON's absence, coordinate staffing and patient rounds, and manage admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualified candidates will be licensed RNs with at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing department in DON's absence.
• Reviews staffing at shift changes and assigns/replaces staff.

Nursing is what we do! Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an RN House Supervisor for our 120 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Roanoke.

The Day shift RN House Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence. The House Supervisor reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs. Completes patient care rounds. Coordinates admissions, transfers and /or discharges and ensures appropriate documentation. Assists in orientation of evening and night shift employees. Supervises and evaluates evening and night shift employees.

Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse as well as experience in acute setting.
