Job summary

LionStone Care in Piqua, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive weekend nursing care at our Piqua Care Center. You will assess residents, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and document progress in the EHR.

The role requires an active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN), and 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license and nursing degree (ADN or BSN).
• 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Weekend shifts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' health during weekend shifts.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting care in the EHR.
