Minimum rate of pay: $34.77 PLUS Daily PAY

ABOUT TRINITY HEALTH LIVINGSTON Med/Surg
We’re currently seeking compassionate, reliable Med/Surg nurses to join our 25-bed unit at a small community hospital. Our team provides care for a wide variety of adult patients with medical and post-surgical needs, offering a strong foundation in clinical skills, time management, and teamwork. Whether you're early in your nursing career or looking to return to the fundamentals of bedside care, this unit offers a solid, well-rounded experience.
We pride ourselves on our tight-knit, supportive environment. Our nurses often describe the unit as having a "family feel"—where teamwork is strong, everyone helps one another, and leadership is approachable and engaged. What you will do:
Shifts Available: Weekend Alternative 36 hours/week
To be eligible for Weekend Alternative a colleague must work a minimum of forty-eight (48) out of fifty-two (52) weekends per year. The four weekends not worked must be requested in advance and have approval of the department.
Required Qualifications:
Education
Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
Licensure
· Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
· BLS.
· ACLS required for the following departments: Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency
