Job summary

Revik Hospice in GLENDORA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice visits to patients in their homes and other care settings. This is a per-diem / per-visit position with a flexible schedule, requiring independence while coordinating closely with our hospice clinical team.

Responsibilities include performing scheduled visits, assessing conditions, managing pain and symptoms, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting care.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Strong nursing assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Hospice, home health, palliative care, SNF, or related experience preferred.
