Job summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Mental Health Treatment Coordinator (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for veterans. This role coordinates care for patients, triages emergencies, administers medications, and collaborates with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and the care team to support measurement-based care.

Qualifications

• RN must hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• BSN or ADN in Nursing with licensure eligibility for VA.
• English language proficiency required for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients in mental health settings.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and team members.
• Administer medications according to policy.
• Lead with evidence-based practices and continuous improvement.
