Avalon Health Care - E. Roy Stone, Jr. Veterans Pavilion is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to develop, implement, and modify the plan of care for facility residents on the 7A-7P shift.

The position emphasizes independent supervision and delivery of nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and supervise CNAs to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in State of practice
• Experience in long-term care is preferred
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop care plans
• Skills in supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and modify comprehensive plan of care for residents
• Deliver and supervise nursing care in the nursing unit
