Avalon Health Care Inc. seeks a Night Registered Nurse Supervisor at Mervyn Sharp Bennion Veteran's Home in Payson, UT. The RN will oversee nursing care delivery, assess needs, develop plans, and supervise CNAs during the overnight shift.

Starting wage depends on experience. Full benefits available; all shifts offered, with potential for days, nights, weekends, part-time or full-time roles. PTO, 401K, and tuition assistance noted.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license in state of practice.
• RN clinical assessment skills to meet job requirements.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, long-term care regulations.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop and interpret programs and procedures for quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of nursing care to a group of residents in a unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise CNAs and other personnel in delivery of care.
