Job summary

Jackson Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Team Lead for the Surgery/Vascular OR to oversee patient care and operations. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating instrument inventories, and ensuring adherence to perioperative protocols.

Requires an unrestricted Alabama RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 3–5 years of CV or vascular OR experience. This full-time position includes a 2-year call rotation and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license valid in Alabama or multi-state license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 3–5 years of cardiovascular or vascular OR experience.
• Leadership/Team lead experience preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care in a surgical specialty area.
• Manages inventory, instrumentation, and equipment.
• Assigns team members, coordinates in-service education, and participates in budgeting.
• Contributes to personnel evaluations and quality improvements.
