Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an OR Team Leader for the Vascular service line at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery. The RN Team Lead will coordinate and evaluate unit activities, provide clinical leadership, and ensure adherence to nursing processes, quality standards, and hospital policies.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, CNOR within 1 year, and preferably a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of progressive surgery experience.

The Team Lead is responsible to Nursing Leadership and will serve as a role model by providing direction in the application of nursing process, quality improvement standards, organizational and departmental goals, and objectives in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. The primary role of the Team Lead is to perform as a clinical leader and facilitator for their service line area. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.**Education/Experience**:Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years progressive surgery experience preferred.
