Physicians Regional Healthcare System in Naples, FL seeks an RN to join our clinic team providing high-quality patient care through routine nursing duties, assessments, and collaboration with providers. You will administer treatments, perform diagnostic testing, triage concerns, and educate patients while upholding HIPAA and professional standards.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, effective communication, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Active RN license (state licensure or compact).
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to triage and provide care per protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients during intake and document symptoms, history, and meds in EMR.
• Administer vaccines and medications per protocols.
• Perform diagnostic testing such as lab draws and EKGs; assist procedures.
• Triages patient concerns by phone or in person and escalate as needed.
• Educate patients on disease processes, treatments, and meds.
• Maintain infection control and clean clinical environment.
• Review logs and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
• Coordinate follow-up care and respond to portal messages by day end.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement.
