OptumCare in Washington state is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver personalized patient care, support the provider's practice, and help coordinate care across the clinic. The RN will assess patient needs, participate in teaching, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.

A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role pays hourly from $29 to $52, with a comprehensive benefits package; WA licensure and BLS/CPR are required, and 2+ years of RN experience is preferred.

The RN's primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the provider's practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. The RN's communication, conduct and performance should support the clinics efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assesses and evaluates patient care needs. Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints
• Identifies & recommends solutions to departmental problems
• Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommends changes as necessary
• Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health

• 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
