Job summary

Hudson Elms Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing care team in Hudson, OH. We offer 12-hour shifts and a supportive work environment focused on patient-centered care and teamwork.

We provide ongoing training, weekly staff appreciation, and a leadership team that values your expertise. Eligible candidates will have a valid Ohio RN license and strong clinical skills to lead and mentor nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Valid OH RN license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
