Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Supervisor Registered Nurse to lead a defined unit on the assigned shift, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The role guides staff, coordinates daily activities, and serves as a resource to the care team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing and state RN licensure, with Master’s in nursing preferred and leadership experience in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience (Required).
• Master's Degree (Preferred).
• RN licensure in the state of practice (Required).
• CPR certification or Basic Life Support (Preferred).
• Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the care team to meet patient and family needs across the continuum of care.
• Intercedes as a patient advocate.
• Coordinates nursing care with other healthcare disciplines and integrates services.
• Consults with staff to validate decisions, care plans, and hospital policies.
• Proactively addresses concerns with patients, families, physicians, and staff and seeks solutions.
• Maintains continuous oversight of the unit and patient conditions during rounds and discussions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent

Master's Degree

Five years' technical experience
