Job summary

Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Catskill, NY, seeks an experienced RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager for a full-time, Monday–Friday role in a state-of-the-art facility. Lead a dedicated nursing team to provide high-quality resident care with emphasis on coordinated interdisciplinary collaboration.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and a competitive salary; licensing requirements include a NY RN license and post-acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of licensed nurses and CNAs in a post-acute care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to deliver holistic care.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and address concerns.
• Develop and manage nursing budgets and supply orders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Joint Commission standards.
