Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Catskill, NY is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team weekdays in a full-time role. You will oversee resident care plans, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and supervise licensed nurses and CNAs to uphold high-quality post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New York.
• Prior experience in long-term care or post-acute care.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of licensed nurses and CNAs in a fast-paced post-acute care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident needs are met.
• Develop and manage nursing budgets, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
