Job summary

Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking an RN Unit Manager/Supervisor to lead a compassionate, coordinated care team for our long-term care residents. You will oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring quality, personalized care and a culture where staff voices are heard.

Requirements include ASN or BSN from an accredited college and an active Virginia RN license; long-term care experience is preferred. This full-time day shift position includes medical, dental and vision, life insurance, 401K,

RN Unit Manager/Supervisor Qualifications:

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
• Ability to make independent decisions
