Job summary

Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead a compassionate care team in a long-term care setting. You will oversee care that is compassionate, coordinated, and deeply personal, supporting residents and their families.

The RN will ensure regulatory compliance, apply nursing best practices, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality care. This role offers comprehensive benefits and stability in a close-knit community.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
