Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team in Lakeland, FL. The role focuses on clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

The ideal candidate has an active Florida RN license and prior leadership experience. We offer a day shift, supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth within a facility committed to high-quality resident care.

Formación

Active Florida RN license is required.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred.
Nursing leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
PointClickCare (PCC) experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Assist the DON and ADON with daily nursing department operations.
Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff.
Monitor resident care for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and clinical protocols.
Support staff education and ongoing professional development.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
