Excelsior Care Group's Azure Shores Rehabilitation in Miami, FL seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager for the day shift to lead the nursing team and uphold high standards of resident care. You will support the DON and ADON, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in surveys.

Requires active Florida RN license and at least 2 years in a care setting; PCC experience preferred. Competitive salary range $77,500–$87,500 with benefits; join a compassionate, team‑oriented

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years in nursing home, rehab, or hospital.
• Prior unit manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON and ADON with daily nursing department operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance.
• Participate in surveys and inspections by regulatory agencies.
• Address staff concerns and escalate as needed.
