Westbury Center of McDonough for Nursing and Healing is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents. Your leadership will guide a devoted team and ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Patient Monitoring: Observe and interpret patient symptoms, communicating with physicians to ensure best care.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans.
• Procedures & Documentation: Perform routine nursing procedures and maintain accurate patient charts.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Leadership & Support: Guide and coach nursing staff to uphold high standards of care.

Job Description:
As an RN Unit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the nursing care provided to our residents. Your leadership will be critical in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting your team’s growth and success. Key responsibilities include:

• Patient Monitoring: Observe and interpret patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians to ensure the best care.

• Collaboration: Work with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans for each patient.

• Procedures & Documentation: Perform routine nursing procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient charts.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a qualified professional with the following qualifications:

• Active RN License in the State of Georgia.

• Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting.

• Leadership: Proven ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a team of nursing professionals.
