Job summary

Fulton Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team and oversee resident care at our Atlanta facility.

You will monitor residents, collaborate with physicians, and supervise nursing staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation center or nursing home.
• Proven leadership to direct, motivate and inspire a nursing team.
• Compassion and dedication to provide exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate with physicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop personalized care plans.
• Perform routine nursing procedures and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to nursing staff to uphold standards of care.

Job Description:
As an RN Unit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the nursing care provided to our residents. Your leadership will be critical in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting your team’s growth and success. Key responsibilities include:

• Patient Monitoring: Observe and interpret patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians to ensure the best care.

• Collaboration: Work with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans for each patient.

• Procedures & Documentation: Perform routine nursing procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient charts.

• Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.

• Leadership & Support: Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to nursing staff, promoting teamwork and a high standard of care.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a qualified professional with the following qualifications:

• Active RN License in the State of Georgia.

• Experience: At least 2 years of prior experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting.

• Leadership: Proven ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a team of nursing professionals.
