Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN.
• Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong patient care and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: assist to develop, implement and update care plans.
• Assessments: complete admissions, discharges, and other assessments.
• Triage & Interventions: handle acute health changes and orders.
• Regulatory Standards: ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Quality Assurance: audit documentation and ensure quality care.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes with families and teams.
• Team Oversight & Mentorship: provide training and manage staff schedules.
