Hoyt Nursing & Rehab Centre in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Unit Manager RN to coordinate clinical care on an assigned unit within the 24-hour operation and ensure quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse RN License in the State of Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and develop solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate care.
• Team player who supports colleagues and the organization.

Responsibilities

• supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
• ensure the completion of requested reports, e.g., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management
